Campsite terms and conditions
Frequently asked questions...
Do you allow campfires?
Due to our proximity to the woodlands, no open fires are permitted at Haywood Farm Caravan and Camping Park.
BBQs are absolutely fine, but they must be raised off the grass and properly extinguished after use and disposed of in the designated metal BBQ bins.
BBQ Bricks are provided for your use; they are signposted and located on Meadow Brook, Woodland Way and Wildflower View fields. We do not permit wood on BBQs.
Will we be able to camp with our friends?
Most certainly! We understand the importance of pitching next to friends or family, so please let us know when you book, and we will do our best to accommodate your request, although unfortunately, we can't guarantee it.
We have a private function room, Woody’s Place (Located upstairs, above our games room). We hold some of our activities here during the holidays, and when it's not in use, it is available to hire for your family/group's exclusive use.
It offers a casual environment, so you can unwind and enjoy the company of your friends and family in our comfortable space. You'll find seating areas plus an adult dart board, pool table, pinball machine, library of books, as well as a radio/CD player and smart TV.
If you would like to learn more or confirm availability for your stay, please get in touch.

Can we bring our dog?
We love to welcome your friendly dogs on our camping and touring pitches, and they are also welcome in our holiday homes. Please be considerate and remember that although you love your dog and feel that they wouldn’t hurt a fly, not everybody in our park will see them that way, and we ask that you respect their wishes.
All dogs are to be always kept on a short lead onsite; there are neighbouring woodlands where you can walk them off lead. As a responsible owner, please clear up after your dog and use the dog bins provided. Dogs are not allowed to be left unattended at any time anywhere on-site.
Camping & touring pitches: £1.50 per dog, per night

Do you have accessible facilities?
Here at Haywood Farm, we are committed to providing an inclusive, safe and comfortable environment for all our guests.
We do have accessible facilities onsite, this has been thoughtfully renovated to ensure convenience and dignity for guests with additional needs.
The facility features a modern toilet and washbasin, a shower unit, plus also includes baby changing facilities. These facilities are accessed by radar key, which only allows use by registered users, ensuring security. A parking space designated for blue badge holders is available just outside these facilities for easy and convenient access.
Guests are kindly asked to respect the facility and use it responsibly. We encourage guests to report any issues or if additional assistance is required. Our team is pleased to offer support and guidance whenever needed to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible.
For safety reasons, we ask guests to keep the area tidy and to use the facilities with consideration for others. Children should be supervised at all times. We also request that the facility's accessibility features be preserved for those who rely on them.
If you require any special arrangements, assistance, or additional equipment, please do not hesitate to contact our reception team. We are dedicated to making your experience at Haywood Farm as enjoyable and accessible as possible.
